Moss municipality is a TryggEst municipality. This means that the municipality is involved in an intermunicipal collaboration with Våler and Råde. An interdisciplinary team has been established to help prevent, detect and deal with violence and abuse against adults who are little or no longer able to protect themselves. People who may be particularly vulnerable to violence and abuse may be people with cognitive impairment, physical and mental disabilities, substance abuse problems, old age or illness.
